1. Digital Products (eSIM)
Delivery Method
eSIM profiles are delivered digitally and instantly via:
- On-screen display: QR code and activation instructions shown immediately after successful payment
- Email delivery: Sent to your registered email address with installation guide
- Account access: Available in your Dapita account dashboard under "My Orders"

Note: In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to provider processing. If you don't receive your eSIM within 15 minutes, contact support immediately.
Installation & Activation
- Installation: Scan QR code or manually enter activation details in your device settings
- Activation: eSIM activates automatically upon first connection in a supported country
- Used status: An eSIM is considered "used" once installed on any device, regardless of data usage
- Compatibility: Requires unlocked, eSIM-compatible device
Coverage & Support
- Coverage depends on chosen plan - verify supported countries before purchase
- Customer support response time: 24-48 business hours
- Keep your primary SIM for calls/SMS; use eSIM for data only
- Do not delete eSIM profile unless instructed by support

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
Shipping Methods
For physical products, we offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days ship same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT ship next business day
- Weekend orders ship on Monday
Tracking
- Tracking number provided via email once shipped
- Track orders in your account dashboard under "My Orders"
- Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update
