General Terms
Dapita’s mission is to provide global data connectivity for travelers. We operate the Platform and Services under DAPITA LTD, registered in England and Wales at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom. We act as an aggregator and marketplace of connectivity services. We source the best local and regional connectivity providers and make their services available via Dapita Travel, so you can use eSIM data plans in 200+ destinations.
Before using our Services (eSIM and associated support) or our Platform (website, Dapita-managed social pages, and our app), read the applicable terms and policies. These include:
- These General Terms apply at all times.
- Terms of Use of Our Services apply when you use our Services.
- If a third party (e.g., your employer or a Dapita partner) provides your access, the Terms of Use of Our Services still apply and must be read together with your agreement with that third party. You may have different pricing, billing/refund processes, and support access handled by that third party. We are not responsible for actions of third parties or your agreement with them.
- Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply whenever we collect your personal information. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy apply when you use our Services.
Your use of the Services and Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept or cannot comply, do not access or use the Services or Platform. You accept by using the Platform or Services, browsing or clicking any content, registering in our app, or using it.
We may update the Terms from time to time. We will try to notify you if changes are material. Changes take effect when published. If you no longer accept the Terms, stop using the Services or Platform after the update.
Third Parties
Where our Services or Platform include links to, or are hosted on, third-party sites or social platforms (e.g., payment providers, Facebook, Instagram), and separate terms apply there, you agree to comply with those terms in addition to these Terms.
Sharing Information with Dapita
Your privacy matters. Personal data we collect while you use our Services or Platform is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our Platform and Services are owned by or licensed to Dapita, including copyrights (software), trademarks, know-how, trade secrets, and the design, compilation, and look-and-feel of our Platform (collectively, “IPR”). You agree to use the Platform and Services only for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
We value feedback. If you provide feedback, we may incorporate it into our Services or Platform. You confirm no IPR arise in your feedback and you will not claim compensation.
Disclaimer
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IF WE FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS, WE ARE RESPONSIBLE ONLY FOR YOUR FORESEEABLE LOSS AND DAMAGE. OUR AND OUR AFFILIATES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO USD 100.00 (ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS).
OUR SERVICES AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the quality of underlying networks. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to our Services and website. To the extent allowed by law, you shall indemnify us and our directors, officers, employees, and contractors against any third-party proceedings (including actions by government authorities) arising from your unlawful use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Courts
Regardless of where you access the Services or Platform, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in a class action. Any dispute resolution must be conducted on an individual basis, not class, consolidated, or representative.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, that part is ignored to the extent necessary, and the remainder continues in effect.

Terms of Use of Our Services
These Terms of Use apply when you use our Services and should be read with the other terms that apply to you.
Your Device
You must have an unlocked device compatible with eSIM and you are solely responsible for it. See our Help Center for guidance.
Your Dapita Account
Your Dapita account is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned to anyone without Dapita’s prior written approval. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for security issues or if we believe you breached our Terms. We will notify you. If you breached our Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to a refund and we may suspend or terminate your account.
Pricing and Payments
We typically process payments in EUR and/or USD. We may support other currencies at our discretion. Prices exclude applicable taxes and fees, which may be added based on your billing address at checkout.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy below and our Help Center for circumstances in which you may be entitled to a refund.
Termination and Suspension
We select reliable service providers to deliver the best experience. We may discontinue working with a provider that fails to meet our standards, which can lead to termination or suspension of Services you purchased. If this occurs, refer to the Refund Policy for your options.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must comply when accessing our Platform or Services:
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Do not resell, transfer, copy, distribute, or share the Services with third parties.
- Do not impersonate others, hide your identity to access unauthorized accounts, or misrepresent affiliations.
- Do not commit fraud, illegal, or criminal activity, or breach applicable laws.
- Do not harm the operation or performance of underlying networks.
- Do not degrade performance, security, or functionality of the Platform or Services, or interfere with others’ use.
- Do not harass, abuse, defame, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or otherwise violate rights of others, including Dapita staff.
- Do not use the Platform or Services in a way that brings disrepute or to provide competing services.
- Do not develop or provide any service or functionality that competes with Dapita using our Platform or Services.
- Do not enable or authorize text/data mining or web scraping of our site for any purpose without our express permission, including training or developing AI systems or models.
- Do not upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Do not decrypt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer programs or algorithms used to provide the Services.
- Do not use automated systems (robots, crawlers, offline readers) to access the Services.
- Do not transmit spam or unsolicited emails, send large volumes of messages or content, or publicly dump large volumes of information via our Services.
- Do not attempt identity spoofing, scraping, spidering, or crawling via our Services.
Password and Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your password and credentials secure. If you believe they are compromised, change your password immediately and notify us at support@dapita.travel.
Doubts? If unsure whether a specific use complies, contact support. You remain solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws related to your use of the Services.
Refund Policy
Applicability
Refunds from Dapita are available only if you purchased Services directly from Dapita. If you purchased via a third party, contact that third party for any refund request.
Legal Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw unilaterally. This right expires 14 days after purchase or on the date the eSIM is activated, whichever occurs first. You cannot exercise withdrawal for an eSIM already in use.
Replacements and Refunds
If you activated the Services but cannot use them due to a Dapita error/omission or because Dapita discontinued the Service, we will provide a replacement Service or refund an amount equal to the price paid, at your choice, subject to:
- You submit a refund request within 30 days from the date the issue occurred.
- Dapita could not restore your access within 10 days of receiving your refund request.
- You cooperated with troubleshooting to resolve access/usage issues.
- If you partially consumed the Service credit, we refund only the unused portion.
No Refund/Replacement
No refunds or replacements are due in other situations.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@dapita.travel or use in-app/web chat. We may request additional information (e.g., device settings screenshots). If a refund is due, you may receive Dapita in-app credit for future purchases or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds to the original method may take up to 30 business days to appear.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you suspect unauthorized purchases on your account, notify support immediately. Dapita may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent activity. Whether to issue a refund is at Dapita’s sole discretion.
Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support within 30 days of the charge with details. We will investigate. Refunds remain at Dapita’s sole discretion.
